Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual, developmental, cognitive, and physical disabilities through inclusive ice hockey training in the Rochester, NY area. We’re dedicated to providing every athlete the chance to experience the thrill of the game, develop new skills, and discover the joy of being part of a team.

Our programs focus on building personal responsibility, teamwork, athletic ability, and social interaction—bringing all of these elements together through skating, learning hockey, and most importantly, having fun.

We foster an environment where players form meaningful friendships, grow in confidence, and connect with others from different cities, regions, and even countries. At our core, we believe hockey should be accessible, enriching, and a whole lot of fun—for everyone.

Ready to hit the ice?

No skating experience? No problem!

We welcome players starting at age 5, no matter their skill level. Whether you're brand new to the ice or already comfortable in skates, our dedicated on-ice coaches and volunteers are here to guide (or glide) you every step of the way.

Over the years, he has not only honed his hockey skills but has also found a second family within the team. 2024 marked his best season yet! The coaching staff and volunteers have done a tremendous job working with Timothy, helping him gain confidence and skills. He leaves each practice with a sense of pride, knowing he is making progress and achieving his goals.
