Rochester Special Hockey - Ice Cats
(opens in a new tab)Rochester Special Hockey - Rochester IceCats is a member of ASHA (American Special Hockey Assn.)
We’re back on the ice and celebrating 30 years of Rochester Ice Cats hockey! 🏒🎉
Our first week of practice brought everyone together, plus our first look at the new rink sign and new practice jerseys!
Here are a few highlights as we kick off this special season. 💙
What a great way to kick off another Rochester IceCats season!
We had a wonderful turnout at our Registration Picnic on September 11th and loved seeing so many familiar faces, along with some new ones!
We were pretty busy registering players, fitting uniforms, and getting everyone ready for the season, so we didn’t get nearly as many pictures as we would have liked.
If your family attended and you snapped any photos, we’d love to see them! Please share them in the comments below so we can add to the memories from the day.
Thanks to everyone who came out. We’re looking forward to another great IceCats season! 💙🏒
Registration is NOW OPEN for the 2026–2027 Rochester IceCats season!
We're excited to welcome back our returning players and can't wait to meet new families joining the IceCats community!
Register here: rochesterspecialhockey.org/register-to-play/
Please note: All players must complete both registrations:
🏒 IceCats Registration
🏒 ASHA (American Special Hockey Association) Registration
Don't worry, we've made it easy! The registration page includes buttons that will take you directly to both registration forms.
We can't wait to hit the ice with everyone for another amazing season!
